Digital Tools Hub – ReCIPE Project

The EU-co-funded ReCIPE project, implemented in Somalia by SONSA and Oxfam, aims to create a rights-respecting, human-centric digital ecosystem for civil-society actors.

The ReCIPE Digital Resource Hub, developed by SONSA with support from Oxfam and the EU, is a platform that helps Somali civil-society organizations use the internet in a safer and smarter way. It provides simple guides, useful tools, and clear information in both Somali and English.

The hub supports organizations to protect their data, staff, and communities. It also helps prevent common online problems such as account hacking, scam messages, viruses, and online harassment, while building stronger digital skills for the future.
